MoCO launches at 18th Biennale of Sydney

Maria Fernanda Cardoso in collaboration with Ross Rudesch Harley. After many years in the making and weeks of install, the Museum of Copulatory Organs (MoCO) is finally ready for it’s public debut on Cockatoo Island at the 18th Biennale of Sydney. Featuring an amazing array of sculptures, specimens, and imagery developed and created by Maria Fernanda, the installation also includes an array of LCD slideshows and HD video of copulating stick insects that we made together. Gary Warner has done an amazing job with the museuology and install of the purpose built cabinets.

More images and video to come when we get a chance to rest up a little.
